Orders are usually delivered within 3 - 5 working days from date of order.
Our customers will receive tracking updates as the order progresses through the fulfillment process, you may expect an update within 2 working days of order confirmation, then further updates with a link through which you may track your order to delivery. -
Orders are shipped out Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.

While we strive to ensure our stock is accurate, certain stock items may be recalled for various
reasons and we may not be able to fulfill your order.

- The item(s) is(are) in original condition
- The item(s) is(are) unworn
- The item(s) is(are) unwashed
- The item(s) contains no damage
A R100 courier fee applies on the return of items for exchanges.
Alternatively, you may return eligible items to any of our retail stores at no charge.Once your item(s) has(have) been received, they will be assessed and actioned as due, please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery of exchange items.

We ship internationally, all our international orders are shipped via DHL.
Our orders are shipped within 1 - 2 working days excluding South African public holidays. Delivery may take up to 7 - 14 days dependent on customs clearance.
